Why Consign?


Consignors receive up to 70% of their sales (minus a $4.50 non-refundable consignor fee)! 
Consignors determine their own prices (Minimum price on items is $.50). 
NOTE: We recommend at least 1/3 the retail price depending on the quality of the item.


Being a consignor qualifies you to shop our pre-sale at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday!  If you also work 3 or more volunteer shifts, you can shop even earlier at 3:00 p.m.!  Please remember our pre-sale rules that you and only you may shop the pre-sale.  No additional people will be able to shop with you. (Tagging Parties do not count towards volunteer hours)

How to participate as a Consignor:

  1. Register to consign (for RETURNING and NEW consignors).

  2. Read the ENTIRE Munchkin Market Policy & Procedures and sign that you agree to abide by them.

  3. Gather your items that you want to sell.

  4. Login to your "Consignor Homepage" to enter your items and print your tags.

  5. Apply tags to Items.

  6. Register to volunteer at least 3 work shifts to earn 70% of your sales (otherwise you receive 50% of your sales).

  7. Select drop-off day/time.

  8. Shop before the public during a pre-sale time.

  9. Help Sort and pick up your unsold items (or donate your unsold items to charity) at the end of the sale.

  10. Receive a check for up to 70% of the selling price of your items (minus a $4.50 consignment fee).

Our consignment sale is one of the largest in the area. We heavily advertise our sale in Teller and El Paso County in order to maximize participation and attendance so that you can be a successful consignor.

* October 4, 2021 - Registration Closes and Work Shift Scheduling Closes


* October 7, 2021 - All items must be entered into the system by 8am

* Set up Times: Sellers must set out their own, already tagged, merchandise on Wednesday evening, October 6th, between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. or Thursday morning, October 7th, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. (Please allow adequate time to set out all your items as doors will be shut and lock promptly at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday and any items not set out will have to be taken home by the consignor.)  


New This Sale!

We will have a 2nd drop off for items on Friday morning from 11:30-12:30.  You will be able to generate tags for items through Thursday (10/7) at 8am.  If you need additional time to attach tags, you can bring new items to the 2nd drop off on Friday at 11:30am.  You may participate in any and all drop off times!

Pre-Sale is Thursday, October 7th, 2021 from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm (For Consignors and Volunteers ONLY)


Public Sale hours are:

Thursday, October 7th, 2021 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Friday, October 8th, 2021 from 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Saturday, October 9th, 2021 from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm (1/2 Price Day, ALL ITEMS 50% OFF)

* October 9th – ALL sellers MUST return for cleanup/sorting at 1:30 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. ($15 fee if not present)

All Consignors are required to help sort ALL items at the end of the sale. Please make sure to bring a container for your items when you come to help sort and pick up your items. You can log in to the online system to determine the amount of items that are left for pick up. Before consignors are allowed to leave we will have all items double checked to verify that all the items you are taking are yours but YOU are responsible at pick up for going through your items to ensure all your unsold items are included. Those items not picked up by the 3 p.m. Saturday will be donated and are donated immediately. We do not take items back to our storage unit or home with us, the items not picked up are left for the charity to collect after pick up time has ended. We are unable to locate those items once we have closed out the sale and left the premises. Items that are donated by consignors may be sold after the sale has closed and after local charities have chosen the items they want. All proceeds from items sold at this point will go to the Ute Pass MOPS. This portion of the sale may include, but is not limited to events such as “$5.00 Fill-a-Bag". The remaining items will be donated to a final charity to take the last of the items.
